Keith Meier, Executive Director

In July 2019, Habitat of Teller County hired a new Executive Director, Keith Meier. Keith is a registered architect with over 35 years of experience and a licensed General Contractor for over 25 years. During that time, Keith has designed, constructed and completed hundreds of projects ranging from national headquarters, banks, libraries, custom homes and many other projects, as well as involved in the development of properties and projects. Susan Cummings, Homebuyer/Homeowner Services Coordinator

Susan Cummings, has lived in Woodland Park for 18 years. She has one son, one daughter, two step-daughters and 10 grandchildren. When not busy with family activities and functions, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, mushroom hunting and flower gardening. When the snow falls you will find her out snowshoeing or sitting by the fire, reading and also doing some creative cooking. Susan has a home-based bookkeeping business, Aspen Office Works, providing services to local small business owners and entrepreneurs. She also has many years of experience with nonprofits handling their daily financials. She was a mentor with Choices and loves her work within the Habitat for Humanity of Teller County affiliate. hbhoservices@tellerhabitat.org

Karen Fay, Finance Coordinator

Karen has lived in Woodland Park for over 30 years. She is a lover of travel, meeting new people and experiencing new places. She is enjoys activities such as hiking, snowshoeing and exploring the great outdoors. She works part time in the Teller Habitat office taking care of the general accounting needs of the organization which includes, bookkeeping, processing financial reports, donor funds management, mortgagee funds management, and providing some miscellaneous assistance to Habitat Executive Director, Keith Meier. After volunteering with Teller Habitat for more that 2 years, she is happy to be a permanent part of the team. accounting@tellerhabitat.org

Megan Dillinger, Resource Development Coordinator

Megan, a Colorado native, started with Habitat in November 2019 as the Resource Development Coordinator. She is excited to continue working in the nonprofit industry, actively engaging in her community. When she is not at the office, you can find Megan outdoors exploring the Colorado mountains! dev@tellerhabitat.org
